The individual is 65+ The individual is 18+ with a physical or learning disability The individual is 18+ with mental health problems The individual is none of these The individual lives in England, Scotland or Wales? This could be a Barchester staff member, healthcare professional, a social or citizens' advice worker or a charity representative for example.
