Providing a mobility scooter for an older or disabled individual who is isolated at home. The mobility scooter would enable this person to go out independently and make it possible to connect with others at community activities and socials, so vastly enriching their quality of life.
Transport to enable isolated older or disabled people to access activities and clubs, as well as providing special days out with the peers from their regular community activities.
Supporting an educational or social activity project for older people and adults with disabilities and mental health conditions to come together through arts, music, gardening, woodwork, exercise, theatre and dance.
